 If you are planning your home improvement project, we are here to make it happen. We are a North London based company, specialising in complete property refurbishments – our registered and experienced partners will take care of all aspects: plumbing, electrics, carpentry, painting decorating, bathrooms and kitchens installation. Home refurbishments:

Complete refurbishment – excellent results. We are confident that we will transform your home into a much better place. We will take care of all aspects of the project: getting materials and good tradesmen whenever needed. We will be in close contact with you throughout the project: updating you about the progress, answering your questions, giving you advice if appropriate. We will leave it up to you to choose the finishes, equipment, colours – however, we will be happy to assist you in selecting  those.
Home extensions:
Draft plans- Permissions, approvals, consents. On average it will take about 3 weeks to get building control approval. At the same time (or better, even much earlier) the party wall notice should be served to the neighbours. Legally they have 2 months to consent or dissent.  In case of dissent there will be a bit more paperwork, and it will take longer to get to the building works starting date.
Building process- House extension project is a major work. Part of your home will be turned into a building site , however we will do all we can to minimise the inconvenience.
Completion- Having all stages of the building project checked and approved by the Local Council inspector, we provide relevant certificates for electrics and gas works. The Local Authority then issue a Completion Certificate.
Benefits- Adding an extension not only increases the floor area but you have the opportunity to redesign the layout of the ground floor and take advantage of  the already available space in the best way possible. Also adding an extension allows you to remove unnecessary partitions and create an open plan large living space with a diner or kitchen area. All this will simply give you a more enjoyable time at home.

Loft conversions:

Permitted development- The majority of attic spaces can be converted into extra rooms without planning permission – under permitted development: extra space added to the property should not exceed 40 cubic meters on terraced houses and 50 cubic meters on detached and semi detached properties; loft roof should not exceed the height of the existing front facing roof elevation; side facing windows should be obscure glazed and 1.7 meters above the finished floor.
Construction- Once the plans are drawn up, structural calculations carried out, building control approval received, the construction can begin. Firstly, scaffolding is put up and an access hole in the front roof is made. All materials and tradesmen will be getting to the site via scaffolding and the access hole in the front roof. On average it takes 8 to 12 weeks to finish the project. Normally we leave it up to you to choose all the finishes and equipment – we are happy though to assist you in selecting and sourcing those.
Benefits- This is a space where you can retreat and relax after a busy day. The building process is not too massively disturbing and it is faster than building an extension.
